Bolt-On Acquisitions: $5 to $50 million

Product Line Acquisitions: $1 million to $30 million

Target Industries:  Manufacturing and distribution companies for materials, components, assemblies and equipment

Target Sectors:  Aerospace, Defense, Automotive/Truck/Rail, Power Generation, Packaging Materials, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Infrastructure, Mining, Distribution, Automation, Food and Beverage

AIAC will also consider B2B companies outside of these target industries and sectors.
