AIAC COMPLETES THE SALE OF POLYSEMBLE HUNGARY TO THE LISI GROUP

September 30, 2025 – Győr, Hungary American Industrial Acquisition Corporation (“AIAC”) through its affiliate, Polysemble S.A. has completed the sale of its Polysemble Hungary business unit to the LISI Group, a $2 billion revenue automotive, aerospace, and medical device component manufacturer based in Belford, France. Listed on the Euronext Exchange with a market capitalization of $2.1 billion, the LISI Group consists of 42 production sites worldwide with over 10,000 employees globally including significant operations in North America, Europe, and Asia.
The divestment reflects AIAC’s ongoing strategy of growing, developing, and positioning each of its portfolio companies to maximize long-term value creation for all its stakeholders.
Polysemble Hungary, based in Győr near the Audi Arena, manufactures complex technical, visual, and safety components for the automotive industry. The site plays a critical role within the regional automotive supply chain supporting premium automotive manufacturers, including Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW.
Under AIAC ownership, Polysemble Hungary implemented a wide range of operational improvements, expanded its customer base, and enhanced quality systems aligned with state-of-the-art standards.
The acquisition substantially supports and expands LISI Group’s Automotive sector portfolio of complex assembly and fastener solutions, enhancing its ability to serve automotive manufacturers and their Tier 1 suppliers across Central Europe from its Győr operations.
