AIAC APPLAUDS SPACEX ON ITS HISTORIC INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING

Space X.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

New York, NY — June 12, 2026 — American Industrial Acquisition Corporation (AIAC), a longtime supplier of critical precision components and materials to Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (“SpaceX) and to the broader aviation and space industry, proudly congratulates SpaceX on the successful completion of its initial public offering — the largest public offering in market history.

SpaceX priced its offering of 555,555,555 shares of Class A common stock at $135.00 per share, raising approximately $75 billion and valuing the company at roughly $1.75 trillion. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and Nasdaq Texas on June 12, 2026, under the ticker symbol “SPCX.” Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, Citigroup, and J.P. Morgan acted among the book-running managers for the IPO.

The listing surpasses the previous record held by Saudi Aramco's 2019 offering, underscoring SpaceX's growth across its launch, satellite, and technology businesses, including its Falcon rockets, Starship program, and Starlink network, which serves more than ten million customers across some 160 countries and markets.

For AIAC, the milestone carries particular meaning. AIAC companies are long-term manufacturers of citical components, assemblies, materials, and systems for launching and propelling spacecraft and satellites, with customers that also include NASA, the European Space Agency, Blue Origin, and Boeing.  AIAC Chairman L. M. Levie serves as a Trustee and Poet Laureate of The Explorers Club, of which SpaceX Founder and Chairman Elon Musk is a Member and recipient of the prestigious Explorers Medal.   AIAC and its affiliates are Partners of the Club and Sponsors of its programs throughout the year.

AIAC Chairman L. M. Levie stated:

“SpaceX, AIAC, and The Explorers Club share the conviction that the frontiers of science are made to be discovered.  What the world once called impossible, SpaceX has made routine: rockets that return to Earth to fly again, and a constellation of satellites that carries connection to the most remote corners of the globe. Today's initial public offering, the largest in the history of the public markets, is not merely a financial milestone but a vote of confidence in the endeavor of exploration itself.”

“The men and women of AIAC's companies take a particular pride in this moment, for we are honored to number SpaceX among the customers we are privileged to serve. For years our people have manufactured the critical components and materials that help carry aviation and spaceflight alike toward the heavens, and we know that every horizon crossed begins with the courage to attempt it, and the craftsmanship to make it possible.

We at AIAC, and the Explorers Club are proud to serve and to share with SpaceX a single, abiding belief: that innovation, placed in the service of humanity, can lift the whole world higher. To Elon and to the entire SpaceX team, we offer our our congratulations and our confidence in the journeys still to come.”

A pioneer of orbital-class rocket reuse, SpaceX was the first private company to launch and return a spacecraft from Earth orbit, the first to send astronauts to the International Space Station, and the first to achieve the vertical landing and reflight of an orbital rocket booster. Its customers include NASA, the European Space Agency, and commercial operators around the world.

Through its Starlink network, SpaceX operates the largest satellite constellation in the world, delivering high-speed broadband internet to more than ten million customers across some 160 countries and markets. On June 12, 2026, SpaceX became a publicly traded company, listing its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and Nasdaq Texas under the ticker symbol “SPCX” in the largest initial public offering in market history.
