AIAC ANNOUNCES EXHIBITION AND CELEBRATION AT THE 55TH INTERNATIONAL PARIS AIR SHOW

Paris, France – June 2025 – American Industrial Acquisition Corporation (AIAC), and its Aerospace & Specialty Metals Group (ASMG), in partnership with the Explorers Club, proudly announce their exhibition and celebration at the 55th International Paris Air Show, from June 16–22, 2025 at Le Bourget Airport.
The Paris Air Show, founded in 1909, stands as the largest and oldest aerospace event in the world. It serves as a global stage for the advancement of aviation, defense, and space innovation, welcoming over 300,000 visitors, 2,500 exhibitors, and senior government and commercial delegations from more than 50 countries. The first four days are reserved for industry professionals, with the final three open to the general public and aviation enthusiasts.
The AIAC-ASMG-Explorers Club Exhibit will be located in Hall 3, Exhibition Display Area F23, where representatives from across its global aerospace operations will showcase the Group’s extensive capabilities, from advanced precision forging, fabrication, machining, coating and assembly to the design of satellite propulsion systems. AIAC and The Explorers Club, will host Aviation & Exploration: A Paris Air Show Celebration on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Hall 3, Exhibition Display Area F23. This exclusive reception will bring together a select group of leaders from the aerospace, defense, science, and exploration communities.
Guests will enjoy fine champagne, wines and artisanal cheeses in an intimate setting, engaging in conversations at the intersection of precision manufacturing, aviation excellence, and discovery. The event celebrates the legacy of exploration and AIAC’s role in powering progress—on Earth, in the skies, and beyond.
